Return Process

  Log into your Aironox account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes with all included manuals and accessories to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
